Healthcare is a fast-paced world. We are all trying to survive. Caught in that fight for survival are colleagues, patients and usually, the people we love most. While you may not be able to slow the pace, you can choose your response. That response not only influences you but those around you as well. This session helps attendees understand the power of creating their own personal culture while providing tips on how to do so.

Objectives:

·         Identify the factors that influence one’s personal culture;

·         Demonstrate the impact of stress and a negative culture on personal 
          performance and the practice; and

·         Articulate communication and coping techniques to manage one’s own 
          personal culture and influence others.

Your cancellation request must be made in writing and received by NGMGMA no later than 12 noon on Tuesday prior to the event by e-mail (ngmmadalton@gmail.com). Replacement registrants are welcome. Refunds will only be given in cases where the above guidelines are followed. If you do not attend the event and do not cancel your registration or submit a replacement, you will be billed after the meeting.
